We want you to love your Mushaqqat products. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3-4 days of delivery, only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Share relevant photos/videos as proof for quick resolution.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Refund or Return
Contact us at mushaqqat.store@gmail.com or +919194133008 with your order number and a photo or video of the issue within 72 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Products returned without original packaging.

Products marked as non-returnable on the website.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
